Hey guys. Today I’m going to make Moroccan crepes that we call “Bagurir” which means the crêpes with a thousand holes. And this is the ingredients.
We need one cup and a half of the semolina flour. and this you can find in the supermarket and that’s what I got from the supermarket the semolina flour package. we need 1 cup and a half of all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of normal sugar, almost a teaspoon of salt, 1 egg. if you are vegan you can either omit the egg or use an egg substitute. 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 pack of yeast. then water to mix the mixture of this Moroccan crepes.

So here we’re going to start mixing. And you have to mix it very well. So all the flour is dissolved. Now you can see the mixture it’s very liquid and you still have little pieces of flour. Then we’re going to put in the mixture so the food processor. Once we put it in the food processor it’s going to be very safe. Now we take our ball and you see the mixture is very liquid. Moroccan Bagurir almost the same consistency as the French crepes. It’s not going to be like American pancakes where it’s a little thicker. This is very liquid.

now that we have it. we’re going to cover it, and we leave it for 15 to 30 minutes till it should be okay. so after 30 minutes, this is the kind of consistency we will have for our mixture. We are ready to start cooking the quest so you put one spoon with your cooking utensils. and you let it cook and this is why Moroccan Crepes called the crêpes with a thousand holes.
Now we’re going to create the sauce for this Moroccan bagurir. it’s honey and butter sauce that makes it very soft and tasty and goes we’re very well with the Moroccan tea.
