Hey guys. I’m Rosa and we’re talking about healthy snack ideas today. there are tons of snacks out there. Be sure you know the good ones, and the bad ones. The ones that are good for you. The ones that are bad for you well. I’m just gonna decode a few and give you some new ideas.
Today’s healthy snack that I know everybody knows really well almonds. A right handful of almonds this much. I don’t know about you but this isn’t gonna hold me over. I love them but not enough so let’s talk about some healthy snack ideas that are good enough. That’ll hold you over and the mid-afternoon slump.
The first thing you need to think about. Don’t go for those nasty coffee drinks and all those sugary ingredients that will not keep you full. So you really need to eat foods that will sustain you for several hours. radishes are awesome nice and crunchy as healthy snack ideas. Also All you need to do take the ends off slice them and you’ve got a perfect little healthy snack. Also Just snack on these it’s like you’re eating potato chips. I love radishes, you can even dip in a kind of dressing or something that you really like something low cal low-fat radishes are awesome.
One absolute favorite healthy snack ideas, I love avocados. Now, look at this as my favorite thing. My mom used to make this for me when I was little. this is my vinaigrette think. So I’m gonna take some of my old vinaigrette and pour right in the center of the avocado, 1/2 for each person. You’ve got a perfect little portion of sure avocados to have lots of fat. And some of you at home may not like them but they’re really super good for you.
Another awesome healthy snack ideas that I like and don’t underestimate the power of frozen veggies. Frozen them the moment they come out of any type of garden or manufacturer that comes from the farm. So they are frozen immediately. All the nutrients are still in there in these vegetables and don’t worry about losing any of the nutrients or anything like that. They are still in there. For that Take a little bit of salt pepper, a little bit of olive oil and you’ve got an awesome afternoon snack. Believe it or not, they are asome.
