Hey guys. Today I’m gonna showing you how to make the most delicious no-bake mini cheesecakes with strawberry bites in the world. These are so easy to make and You guys are gonna love this recipe.
So that further ado let’s start. the primary thing we’re visiting do is ready up our baking tray. Now I just have a traditional cupcake tray. Put in some cupcake liners and spray the cupcake liners with a small amount of nonstick cooking spray. in order that everything comes out nice and clean and zip sticks
The next thing we’re ready to do is working on the graham cracker crust. If you don’t have graham crackers in your country you could totally use what is called digestive biscuits. I’ve never had those but I know that’s what works in other countries for the graham cracker crust. I’m just going to stick the graham crackers in pop on the lid, and give that a nice blitz.
Alright, now you’ll see it’s sort of a nice sand texture. I’m going to add that into an even bigger bowl together with some refined sugar and a few melted butter. Then you are going to require a fork and blend that everyone together. Once it’s like wet sand. you’ll easily pack it down and prepared for the mini cheesecakes with strawberry next step.
We’re going to take a tablespoon amount, and we’re going to put that within the bottom of our cupcake liners. Then I take a cup and just pack that down. Then we’re going to stick these within the freezer so they get nice, set and firm. I do really like this cream cheese because it’s perfect for these mini cheesecakes with strawberry. There are some cream cheeses that don’t work very well with this recipe. We want it to set well and not be runny. So in The mixer, I’m going to add my cream cheese. I’m just beat this until it’s nice and fluffy came just scrapings down the sides of my bowl.
We’re going to add some sweetened condensed milk. Now, this comes out and if you’ve never had it then are you missing out. Because this is the most delicious thing on the planet that comes in. We’re also going to add a bit of vanilla extract and a bit of lemon juice. I like to add a bit of lemon, and go ahead and give that a good mix.
I’m going ahead and give it a little taste. I need to add some sweet and condensed milk that is so good. I want you to see the consistency I turn the spoon over and. If it doesn’t fall off that’s mean it’s good. After that, you do put this in the refrigerator.
Now, all that you have to do is put the filling into cupcake liners. I personally like to put it into a piping bag and squeeze it.
.That way you don’t have to worry about anything dripping all over the pan. It’s just a really nice clean way to put it in. If you don’t have a piping bag you can totally just use a spoon and pour it right in. Then you can just smooth out the top using the back of the spoon.
We’re going to put these in the refrigerator. They have to stay overnight. You have to put this in overnight so it sets and it firms up really nicely. Otherwise, if you only put it in for about 4 to 6 hours. It might be a bit wobbly and when you try to peel back the liners might fall apart. You don’t want that to happen so to do it better, do it right in the fridge for 24 hours.
The next day once they have been refrigerated overnight. you’ll be able to commence those cupcake liners and put them on a fair platter. Now if you have got a tough time getting the cupcake liners to return off. Throw them within the freezer and allow them to sit in there for about half-hour. they will stiffen up a small amount. Then you will be able to embark on the cupcake liners. Sometimes that happens to me so I keep them in really perfect shape throwing them within the freezer. It works perfectly anytime and these thaws out fast so don’t be concerned about them being hard as a rock.
Now we’re going to move on to making the super simple topping. All you do is chop up some fresh strawberries. And add that with a few strawberry preserves to give that a good mix. Then you can put that right on top of your cheesecakes along with a pretty little wedge of fresh strawberry. That is all there so bon appétit.
