Preheat oven to 350 °F and prepare a 9" loaf pan with non-stick baking spray butter.
Working with a standing mixer, cream together the sugar and butter.
Add eggs one at a time, blending as you go, till incorporated.
Alternate adding dry ingredients and buttermilk for a mixer with moist ingredients, together with using dry components being the very last thing you include.
Stir dried cranberries and white chocolate chips into your batter until evenly distributed.
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for one hour.
Once baked, allow cooling thoroughly before removing it from the pan.
After removing from the pan, then move cranberry bliss into a wire rack, placing a cookie sheet under it.
